Profile
The Profile page lets you view your account information and manage your password. Navigate to Profile in the sidebar to access it.
Account Information¶

| Your login email address (read-only). | |
| Last Sign-In | When you last signed in to the portal. |
Resetting Your Password¶
To reset your password:
- On the Profile page, click Reset Password.
- Confirm when prompted.
- A password reset email is sent to your registered email address.
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.

If you don't receive the reset email, check your spam folder or contact your Carv account representative for assistance.
